Highlighting machine
High temperature and high pressure hot water is used to circulate heating andcooling the mold channel. After the injection molding machine opens the moldhigh temperature and high pressure hot water is injected to increase the moldtemperature to a set value, keeping the plastic entering the mold cavity in theoptimal melting state. After the injection molding machine completes thepressure maintaining and cooling process, cold water is injected. The moldcools down to the temperature where the finished product can be taken outbefore opening the mold. Then, air is blown into the mold to completely blowaway the cold water, completing the entire injection molding process.
◆ Adopting a fully Chinese human-machine interface, the operation andmonitoring are simple.;
◆ Adopting high-precision PID controller in PLC, it can achieve precisemold temperature and heating and cooling effects.;
◆ Interlock with the mold temperature signal, mold opening signal, andmold closing signal of the injection molding machine.;
◆ The controller uses a one-on-one control unit to control the heater;
◆ S.S.R solid-state relay heating control;
◆ The entire machine uses high-temperature and high-pressureprofessional parts to ensure the safety of use and the reliability of theequipment;
◆ The hot water inlet and outlet pipelines are welded with 316 stainlesssteel to reduce pipe resistance and rust;
◆ The isolated control panel can be placed in an appropriate positionaccording to needs for easy operation;
